The hotel was simple and fairly clean with good views of the beach. The food was great and the bar was good.

I greatly enjoyed tidy rooms with balcony. The hotel had a marvellous location minutes away from Kendra Gallery. The venue was set in a tourist area. The restaurant here was great from their food. The pool was good and I had soft drinks in the rooftop bar. Early check-in was a bonus...

Straightforward hotel with cordial staff on shift and very good Wi-Fi. Particularly good views of the beach from our fairly quiet room. Awesome location, within short walking distance to Beachwalk Shopping Center.

Everything was nice, the room was neat and fashionable with a balcony and AC, as for instance. The location was favourable, around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Beachwalk Shopping Center.

Location: the property was short walk to many restaurant, and a public beach and lots of shopping. Spent our evenings in nearby Infamy, especially when it was rainy outside.

Enjoyed our recent stay at a hotel near the beautiful shore. The rooftop break fasting experience was delightful, with a great selection of Indonesian cuisine. The sunset view overlooking the water was a definite highlight. we highly recommend this hotel for a beach vacation.

The setting is unbeatable and ideal, right by shopping centres and restaurants and Kuta beach and Jalan Legian and shops. It's very close to Warung Komala Indah Ii, where you can have dinner.

The only good thing of this hotel is the swimming pool which is located at the 5th floor and having very nice ocean view.

House keeping staff need to be improve the performance!!!! after having the whole day out, my room has not been tidy up although I already hang the "make up room" at the door. No body takes care of the room!! (already made 2nd request to clean up room when I went back in the afternoon....and till back in the evening, no body did it) the service does not reflect the "Best Western" brand in the hotel

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was incredibly convenient, right in the heart of the city. The staff provided exceptional service, with 24-hour room service and a helpful bell staff/porter. The room was clean and comfortable, with amenities like air conditioning and an in-room safe. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool, especially during sunset. we highly recommend this hotel to all.
